HOW TO MAKE SUSHI SPECIALTY ROLLS

Here you can learn how to make the various Sushi specialty rolls. On a sushi menu they can also be known as: house rolls, chef's rolls, premium rolls, chef's specialty rolls. How they differ from maki rolls is in their artful display of added toppings, and garnishes.
