
You can buy
the premade bean curd pockets(sweetened) at your local Asian grocer. Look for them in the fridge section, usually in packs of 16, for around $7-8.
And, if you like, add a topping also; common ones are: roasted sesame seeds, tobiko, masago, sesame oil, wakame flakes(roasted seaweed), or avocado.
Once rice is cooked, use a teaspoon to add the sushi rice to the pouch. Also dip the spoon in a bowl of water, before adding the rice. This will prevent the rice
from sticking to the spoon.
FYI
The pouches are sweet, if you want them to be less sweet, dip them in boiling water for a few minutes, then place them on paper towel to dry somewhat. Then add the sushi rice.
