How To Make Specialty Roll: Dynamite Roll: Cooked Ingredients
Ingredients for the dynamite roll are: cucumber, carrot, avocado. The topping is shrimp tempura, and the sauces used are teriyaki sauce and Japanese mayo.
To make this roll add a half sheet of nora to your bamboo mat, add the rice, flip over the nora so the rice is facing the bamboo mat, then add the cucumber, avocado, and carrots.

Roll the nora and rice using the bamboo mat to keep the roll firm.

Now you can cut the roll, but first add some saran wrap over the roll, this will help keep the roll intact while cutting it, and your hands won't stick to the rice.

Once the saran wrap is over the roll use the bamboo mat to firm the roll and wrap togther. Then remove the bamboo mat, make sure the saran wrap is still on the roll.

Next, cut the roll using a chef or santoku knife. The knife will stick to the rice when cutting the roll, so first add water to the knife, and keep a watered towel handy,
or paper towel drizzled with water.
You can cut the roll in half then half again, then remove the end small pieces, you will probably have 6 pieces for your roll. Or you can cut in half then cut individually to
the size you like; keep them small enough to be eaten in one bite.

Now you need to bake or make some shrimp tempura for the roll. If your using the frozen shrimp tempura you can buy at grocery stores, then simply put it in the oven and
bake as per baking instructions - usually 15 mins at 450.
Once cooked cut the shrimp in small pieces as shown on the sushi roll, and place then on your roll. Put two end tails on the sushi roll dish as well.
If you want to make your own you will need medium size frozen - pre cooked shrimp with tail on and a package
of shrimp tempura batter, which you can buy at an Asian grocery store. Just follow directions on package to make the batter, usually just add cold water, mix the batter and water
just to mix them, then add the shrimp, and fry in some oil in pan.
Once cooked, cut the shrimp in pieces, and cut two tails for the sushi dish also.
Add some Japanese mayo and teriyaki sauce over the shrimp on the roll.
Add wasabi and ginger to your sushi dish.
