This roll is made with rice on the outside.
To make this roll; we are using carrot, avocado and cucumber.

First we put the rice on the nora.

We must flip the nora so the rice is on the outside.
The rice won`t stick to the mat because we added saran wrap to the bamboo mat.

Add your ingredients, carrots, cuke, avocado, then roll the nora using the bamboo mat.

Add Saran Wrap
Before we cut the roll we must put saran wrap over the roll, just enough to cover the roll. This helps to keep the roll intact while cutting it,and prevents your hands from sticking to the rice as you hold the roll.

Before cutting the roll, you can cut off the uneven ends. Maki rolls are cut in half, then in half again. You can of course, cut it any way you like. Typically you will have 6 - 9 pieces per cut roll.
