HOW TO MAKE MIXED GREENS EBI DISH

BUY THE INGREDIENTS
For this vege dish you will need:

Finely cut mixed greens: spinach, romaine, kale, green leaf lettuce, mizuna, butter lettuce, rosso lettuce, with tomato, cuke; wakame flakes, alfafa sprouts, sprinkled ebi(shrimp) furikake flakes seasoning, sesame oil or ginger dressing.

The vegetables can be bought pre washed and packaged at most grocery stores in the produce section. Just look for the label to say 'mixed greens'. Tomato and cucumber, alfafa sprouts are also at local grocer.

The sesame oil, ginger dressing, wakame furikake flakes, ebi furikake seasoning flakes, can be bought at the Asian grocery store. They cost about $4 per bottle.

PREPARE THE VEGETABLES
Wash your tomatoes, cucumber, and alfafa sprouts before adding to the vege dish. Slice the cucumber thinly for about 5 or 6 slices. Use about 1/4 cup of alfafa sprouts, and 2 or 3 small tomatoes. No need to wash the mixed greens as they are pre washed when you buy them.
MAKE YOUR VEGE SALAD DISH

In your serving dish, add 2 cups of mixed greens; then the sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and alfafa sprouts. Sprinkle the ebi seasoning over the salad, about 1 tablespoon or so. Also sprinkle 3/4 teaspoon of wakame seasoning flakes. Add your dressing, ginger or carrot ginger. You can also add sesame oil to the vege dish.
