HOW TO MAKE SPINACH VEGE MIX DISH
BUY THE INGREDIENTS
For this vege dish you will need:
Finely cut spinach, daikon, cucumber, green soybeans, mung bean sprouts, shredded carrot, shredded nora seaweed, tomatoes,
alfafa sprouts; furikake wakame flakes; wafu sesame mayo and sesame oil.
The Japanese ingredients - daikon, nora(shredded seaweed), green soybeans, furikake wakame flakes, wafu sesame mayo, sesame oil; can be bought at the Asian market.
For the shredded seaweed you can also just cut nora sheet into slices. The green soybeans may also be at the local grocer in the organic food frozen section.
Cucumber, mung bean sprouts, carrot, tomato, alfafa sprouts, can be bought at your local grocery store at fresh produce section.
PREPARE THE VEGETABLES
Buy the packaged spinach, pre washed and usually good for couple weeks in the fridge. Cut the spinach leafs into smaller pieces, about 2 cups of leafs.
Peel the outer layer of the cucumber and daikon, then slice about 5 thin slices of each.
Buy little tomatoes in packaged container, just wash 2 or 3 to prepare.
Alfafa sprouts, bean sprouts; wash about a 1/2 cup of
each. Shred a small carrot just for a few shredded pieces. Green soybeans, just put in boiling water to cook; about a 1/4 cup. Boil them, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Furikake is in a shake container, just need to sprinkle over the greens dish.

Sesame mayo can be poured on the vege greens as well as sesame oil.
MAKE YOUR DISH
Add the spinach, the soybeans, the alfafa and bean sprouts, the cucumber and daikon slices, the tomatoes. Place the shredded nora seaweed on top of the veges. Sprinkle over this some
wakame seasoning flakes.

Place your shredded carrot slices on the dish. Add the dressing wafu sesame mayo, and some sesame oil if you like.
