How To Make Sushi, Sushi Rice Bowl Vege
Ingredients for this sushi rice bowl are: sushi rice, cucumber, avocado, cerini mushroom, daikon(pickled radish), wakame flakes, sesame mayo, and carrot ginger Japanese dressing.
Add the sushi rice to your bowl, add the sliced cuke, sliced mushroom, sliced daikon. Add some cubed avocado to the top of the rice, and garnish with furikake wakame flakes.
Add some sesame mayo to garnish the mushrooms and carrot ginger dressing on the cucumbers.

The Ingredients
Daikon can be bought at Asian market in fridge section, usually 2 sticks for 3-4 dollars. Just slice it as you like. It is good for several weeks in the fridge.
Cucumber and avocado can be bought at your local grocery store along with cerini mushrooms.
Furikake wakame is dried seaweed flakes available in a small spice like bottle and you can just sprinkle them over rice, noodles.
The toppings to garnish: furikake wakame flakes, ginger carrot Japanese dressing, sesame mayo is
available at your local Asian market, although some grocery stores(Walmart) do carry the ginger carrot Japanese dressing and the sesame mayo. They are about $4 for a bottle.
