Sushi Rice Bowl Sweet Potato
Ingredients for this sushi rice bowl are: sushi rice, cubed and cooked sweet potato, roasted sesame seeds, sesame oil.

Sweet potato is available at your local grocery store, or you can use the Japanese sweet potato; buy at the Asian grocer. They are very similar in taste so either will do.
Sushi rice can buy at Asian grocer,ask for sushi rice or short grain white rice for making sushi. Walmart sells the Kuhuho brand in 1kg bag for about six dollars.
Roasted sesame seeds and sesame oil also at Asian grocer. The sesame oils can vary in brand, price, and taste, and the most expensive is not necessarily the best tasting.
Prepare The Sweet Potato
Cut and peel a medium sweet potato; then cut it into cube like pieces.
Sweet potatoes are cooked much the same as a potato, rinse and then cook in a pot of boiling water.

When rice is cooked, add to a serving dish, then put the sweet potatoes on top of the rice. Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds over the
rice and sweet potatoes. Add a couple tablespoons of sesame oil over the dish.
