Sushi Rice Bowl Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients for this sushi rice bowl are: sushi rice, one skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces(cubed), teriyaki sauce, julien carrots, sweet pepper orange.
Add the rice to your bowl, add the cubed teriyaki chicken and sauce, julienned carrots, and sliced sweet orange pepper.
Prepare the Chicken
Cook a sliced chicken breast in the frypan, with a tablespoon of canola oil, add salt and pepper as you like.
Remove chicken from frypan and cut into small pieces. Add the teriyaki sauce, about 1/2 cup.
Dice or slice some carrots and orange sweet pepper, add to the chicken and teriyaki sauce in the frypan. Mix all together and remove from stove.

Add the Teriyaki Chicken To The Sushi Rice
When rice is cooked, add to a serving dish, then put the teriyaki chicken on the rice. Add some parsely to garnish or any garnish as you like.
