BUY THE INGREDIENTS
For this dessert you will need: 1 banana, 1 egg, 1/2 cup Japanese style bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon sugar or sucralose, some frozen fluffy in a tubby, chocolate syrup, a cherry. The Japanese style bread crumbs you can buy at your local grocery store: the brand name is labelled as 'panko', or just buy the store brand. They are usually a few dollars for about 225 grams.

The frozen fluffy is usually in same section as ice cream. It is in a round tubby. You can buy brand name, 'cool whip', or store brand.

PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS
Prepare the deep fryer at a temperature of 375.
Make the banana fry. To do so you need to cut 1 banana lengthwise, then cut them in half width-wise, as shown in this photo.
Put you egg into a small bowl add 1 teaspoon of sugar or sucralose to the egg.
On a dinner plate put your 1/2 cup Japanese bread crumbs (panko) or store brand.

Next, beat your one egg which you will use to coat each banana piece. Dip the banana pieces one a a time into the egg, then into the panko bread crumbs to coat the banana.
When your deep fryer has reached 375 temperature, cook the coated banana pieces until the coating turns slightly browned.

Remove from fryer and place on paper towel to cool. Then place in fridge for at least 25 minutes to chill.
MAKE YOUR DISH
Add 2 or 3 slices of banana to your serving dish, pour some choclate syrup over the banana, then add the frozen fluffy (about 3/4 cup), add some chocolate sryup, and add cherry.
