How To Make Buckwheat Noodles with Japanese Breaded Shrimp
Ingredients for this noodles dish are: buckwheat/soba noodles, pre cooked large shrimp frozen with tail on, Japanese style breadcrumbs(panko), one beaten egg or three quarter cup water, canola oil, salt, pepper, green onion, corn, soy sauce, sesame oil.
Cook The Noodles
In a pot boil about 3 cups water, add about half pound of buckwheat noodles and cook for about 6 minutes or so. Drain the noodles and rinse thoroughly, then add to the serving dish.
Add a sauce to the noodles of soy sauce and sesame oil: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 2 tablespoon sesame oil.
Thaw The Shrimp

You can buy fresh shrimp and cook them, however, buying frozen pre cooked shrimp is much easier. All you need to do is thaw them for a few hours in the fridge, and they are ready
to eat. To straighten the shrimp pieces once thawed, use your hands and where the shrimp are curved, slowly straighten out the shrimp.
Add Japanese Panko to the Shrimp
Once the shrimp are thawed, put them in a water dip or egg dip, then coat them with the panko seasoned with salt and pepper.

Fry in frypan with canola oil till both sides are slightly browned.
Add Shrimp and Veges to Serving Dish
Add the shrimp on the noodles, then add the canned (no sodium) corn and green onions.
