HOW TO MAKE BANANA BANANA FRY
BUY THE INGREDIENTS
For this dessert dish you will need: banana or strawberry banana ice cream(about 2 and 1/2 cups, 1.5 bananas for deep frying, 1 medium or large egg, 3/4 cup Japanese style bread crumbs, and chocolate sryup(about 6 tablespoons)
This recipe will make 2 servings.
The Japanese style bread crumbs you can buy at your local grocery store: the brand name is labelled as 'panko', or just buy the store brand. They are usually a few dollars
for about 225 grams.
PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS
Prepare the deep fryer at a temperature of 375.
Make the banana fry. To do so you need to cut your bananas lengthwise, then cut them in half width-wise, as shown in this photo.
You will need 6 pieces of banana so you only need 1/2 of one of the bananas.
Put you egg into a small bowl add 1 teaspoon of sugar or sucralose to the egg.
On a dinner plate put your 1/2 cup Japanese bread crumbs (panko) or store brand.
Next, beat your one egg which you will use to coat each banana piece. Dip the banana pieces one a a time into the egg, then into the panko bread crumbs to coat the banana.
When your deep fryer has reached 375 temperature, cook the coated banana pieces until the coating turns slightly browned.

Remove from fryer and place on paper towel to cool. Then place in fridge for at least 25 minutes to chill.
MAKE YOUR DISH
Add 3 banana pieces to your serving dish, then add the ice cream using an ice cream scoop or use a small rounded dish to form your ice cream shape as we have done.
Pour chocolate syrup over the ice cream and banana. Add a cherry if you like.
