How To Make Noodle Bowl, Ramen Noodles with Shrimp, Mushrooms, Green Onion, Seasoned with Ebi Furikake

Ingredients for this noodle dish are: 1 package of ramen noodles, 1/2 cup small plain shrimp(no tail), 2 cerini or shitaku mushrooms sliced , few slices green onion, 1 tablespoon ebi fumi furikake Japanese seasoning.

Ebi seasoning is a shrimp seasoning and includes shrimp, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and nora seaweed flakes.
Cook the Noodles
Add 2 cups water to pot and bring to boil, add the package of ramen noodles, cook for about 3 mins. Remove all water except for 1/4 cup. Put noodles in bowl, add the shrimp, mushrooms, green onions, mix all into the noodles, then add 1 tablespoon ebi furikake over the noodles.

Garnish with parsley.
